Allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Frank Sposato and I am an independent insurance broker in Nevada.  I started Global Health Insurance Today in 2013 and have been providing Nevada residents with low cost, quality health insurance options for over 10 years.  My business activity is split equally between the "Over-65" crowd...my Medicare clients, and the "Under 65" group...my Affordable Care Act clients.  Each have different needs and the two categories are very different.  In addition, regulations and plan options change every year, making the process of choosing an insurance plan a daunting task for most people.

That's where I come in.  I am contracted with nearly all of the carriers in Nevada and represent over 88 different available plans.  My job is to offer you the best option.  And because I am an independent broker, I will match the plan to YOU, not the other way around.

The rest of my business is split between the international traveler who needs short-term coverage while on vacation, the Ex-Pat who is living full or part-time abroad and wants a US style major medical plan, and those who need a dental, vision, and/or hearing plan to supplement their existing coverage.

Whatever the situation, I will work with you to find the best solution.  And in case you were wondering...my services are always free to you.  Insurance companies pay brokers like myself and it does not affect your cost in the least.

One more thing.  Many people have a reluctance to contact a broker like myself for fear of the "high pressure sales pitch".  That doesn't happen here.  Those who know me will attest to the fact that I'm pretty laid back, and if you have the opportunity to meet me, you'll soon realize the same thing.  I've lived in Costa Rica on and off for the last 7 years, and although I'm back in Nevada now, the Costa Rican culture is still a big part of my lifestyle.  If we have an appointment in the summer, I'll probably be in shorts and flip flops.  Winter, jeans and a casual dress shirt.  You'll never see me in a suit.  At the end of the day my goal is to become your trusted advisor and your friend, a work ethic that I pride myself on.
